“It’s just another day at Truth at Work!”
Ray Hilbert, CEO, Truth at Work and I have a tenancy to reflect after meetings and say, “it’s just another day at Truth at Work.” We normally say this following meetings where we see God show up in a big way and one of our members has a life changing experience. I have been reflecting the past few days on how thankful I am that He allows me to be apart of such experiences.
While the details of what happens in these meetings is confidential to each particular group, in the past few weeks alone, I have seen major movements in peoples lives. While we’re all business folks, the issues on the table are much more than business. I’ve seen tremendous Godly council around life purpose, marriage, parenting, health issues, self-esteem, and various other life topics to list a few. We’ve prayed together and, in some cases, tears have been shed. In the Bible, Matthew 18:20 NIV says “For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.” His presence has been evident in countless meetings I have been a part as a facilitator and long term member.
Matthew 6:33 states, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” From personal experience and from being allowed to be apart of many others lives, I can tell you that I have seen remarkable things happen when one totally surrenders control to our Heavenly Father.
Thanks Lord Jesus for allowing me to share in others journey and may I always remember to surrender daily.
God bless,
Chris
