I help founders, CEOs, business owners, and senior leaders gain clarity, make better decisions, and build what lasts.
For more than 25 years, I have served as a founder, executive, operator, CEO, and advisor. I understand the weight leaders carry because I have carried it myself. I have launched ventures, led teams, navigated growth and uncertainty, and walked through seasons where success looked good on the outside but carried a deeper cost beneath the surface.
That experience shapes the way I now walk alongside leaders. My work is not simply about better performance or more productivity. It is about helping leaders step back, see clearly, lead wisely, and build businesses and lives that are aligned with what matters most.
The Work I Do
My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, strategic advisory, leadership development, and whole-life alignment.
Some leaders come because they need help clarifying strategy, strengthening systems, or improving team accountability. Others are navigating transition, growth, succession, burnout, or a season of personal recalibration. Many need a trusted advisor who can help them process complex decisions in a confidential space.
Through Executive Coaching & Strategic Advisory, I help leaders clarify priorities, identify the real issues, make better decisions, and create healthier rhythms for leadership and life.
For organizations, I also support leadership teams through alignment sessions, team development, role clarity, communication, and accountability work.
My Approach
I believe the best leadership work is both practical and personal.
At times, leaders need strategy, systems, scorecards, and operating rhythms. At other times, they need space to process what they are carrying, what they are avoiding, what is changing, or what they sense may be next.
My approach brings both together.
I ask hard questions, help simplify complexity, and bring an outside perspective to the decisions, dynamics, and patterns that are often difficult to see from inside the business. When helpful, I also draw from tools such as operating systems, assessments, leadership frameworks, team facilitation, and structured accountability.
For leaders who desire it, I can also incorporate biblically informed principles and spiritual discernment in a thoughtful, natural way without jargon or pressure.
From Success to Surrender
In 2025, I released my book, From Success to Surrender: Finding Your True Purpose in God’s Perfect Timing.
The book tells the story behind much of the work I do today. It is a story of achievement, striving, loss, waiting, identity, faith, and learning to trust God’s timing in ways I never expected.
While my coaching and advisory work is highly practical, the book reflects the deeper journey that has shaped how I view leadership, purpose, success, and surrender. It is especially meaningful for leaders who have achieved success but still sense there may be something more beneath the surface.

Lasting Legacy Collective
In addition to my work through chrisarnold.org, Lisa and I co-founded Lasting Legacy Collective as the broader home for our work with leaders, couples, and families.
Through LLC, we walk alongside people in the areas of faith, marriage, leadership, and legacy. This includes faith-oriented leadership groups, marriage and relationship support, retreats, and resources designed to help people live, lead, and love with greater clarity, intention, and purpose.

A Little More Personally
Lisa and I have been married since 1992 and live in Zionsville, Indiana. Much of what we care about today has been shaped by our own journey through marriage, family, business, faith, transition, and surrender.
We are active in our local community and continue to mentor leaders and couples who are navigating seasons of change, growth, and discernment.
