Do you have the right key metrics in place for your business?
Have you unleashed the power of goal setting with your Team?
Once visions have been clearly defined, the next step in the “process” is to insure the right metrics and goals are in place to support achieving our visions. While statistics vary on this topic, our findings are that very few businesses clearly understand this step of the process. Many have the metrics and goals; however, when challenged, they do not support the ultimate visions.
