What Spiritual Surrender Looks Like in Business
“What does surrender actually look like in business?”
It’s a fair question. Especially if the word “surrender” brings to mind weakness, giving up, or backing down.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
Surrender doesn’t mean quitting—it means trusting.
It means aligning your leadership with God’s purpose instead of your own pressure.
In real terms, surrender in business has looked like this for me:
- Turning down clients that weren’t in alignment—even when I needed the income
- Saying yes to smaller opportunities that had Kingdom impact
- Slowing down long enough to hear God’s voice before taking the next step
- Releasing fear and control when results didn’t match my expectations
From Success to Surrender wasn’t just a title—it was my actual path.
And I believe it’s a path many leaders are being invited into right now.
