The Shift That Changed Everything
Last week’s note sparked more responses than usual — and most weren’t about CRM platforms or email addresses.
They were about something deeper.
You could feel it — a shift happening under the surface.
And you were right.
For a while now, I’ve sensed a deeper calling stirring in me. One that challenges everything our culture tells us about success, hustle, and what it really means to grow something that lasts.
That stirring has become a message.
That message has become a manuscript.
And soon, it will become something I believe will serve many of you in a powerful way.
The book is called From Success to Surrender.
It’s about the internal pivot every purpose-driven entrepreneur eventually faces:
“What if the very thing that made me successful… is now the thing I need to surrender?”
In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more about what’s in the book and how it connects to the kind of leadership and life many of us long for — one that’s rooted in purpose, not pressure.
But for now, let me leave you with a reflection:
Is your current definition of success still serving you… or silently running you into the ground?
I’ve walked that tension firsthand.
And I’ve learned that sustainable growth — in business and life — doesn’t come from doing more…
It comes from surrendering better.
More soon.
