I’ve spent 25+ years as a founder, executive, CEO, and advisor—launching ventures, leading teams, and helping leaders navigate growth, crisis, and transition. I live in Zionsville, Indiana, with my wife, Lisa (married since 1992). We’re active in our local community and mentor leaders and couples in seasons of change.
